Terms and Conditions for Awriri Waitlist

Welcome to Awriri! We are excited to have you join our waitlist for early access to our multi-agent AI application designed to help physicians monitor, manage, and build their digital presence (the "Service").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Awriri waitlist. By submitting your information to join the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are a licensed medical professional or an authorized representative of a medical practice. You agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and/or your practice.
2. Nature of the Waitlist
• No Obligation: Joining the waitlist expresses your interest in the Awriri Service but does not create a binding contract for you to purchase or for Awriri to provide the Service.
• No Guarantee of Access: Your position on the waitlist does not guarantee you will be granted access to the Service. Access will be granted at the sole discretion of Awriri, subject to regional availability, capacity, and other factors.
• Invitation Basis: We will invite users from the waitlist to join the Service on a rolling basis. The order and timing of these invitations are at our discretion.
3. Communication
By providing your email address and other contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from Awriri. These communications may include, but are not limited to:
• Updates on your waitlist status.
• Announcements regarding the launch of the Service.
